Cette solution cl\u00e9 en main comprend un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.micetcraft.com\/fr\/equipement-distillerie\/300l-distillerie-equipement\/\"><strong><b>un \u00e9quipement de distillation de 300 L<\/b><\/strong><\/a>, des cuves \u00e0 vin de 2 500 L <a href=\"https:\/\/www.micetcraft.com\/fr\/cuve-de-fermentation\/vin-fermente\/\"><strong><b>cuves \u00e0 vin<\/b><\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.micetcraft.com\/fr\/reservoir-lumineux\/7bbl-reservoir-lumineux\/\"><strong><b>des cuves de stockage<\/b><\/strong><\/a>, ainsi qu\u2019un syst\u00e8me de nettoyage. <\/p>\n<p>Le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.micetcraft.com\/fr\/equipement-distillerie\/200l-equipement-de-distillerie\/\"><strong><b>syst\u00e8me de distillation<\/b><\/strong><\/a> est fabriqu\u00e9 en acier inoxydable SUS304 et en cuivre TP2, ce qui lui conf\u00e8re une excellente conductivit\u00e9 thermique et de remarquables capacit\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9limination des odeurs, permettant ainsi d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la puret\u00e9 de l\u2019ar\u00f4me de l\u2019eau-de-vie. Les <strong><b>cuves \u00e0 vin<\/b><\/strong> sont \u00e9quip\u00e9es de chaudi\u00e8res \u00e0 vapeur aliment\u00e9es au gaz naturel afin d\u2019assurer un contr\u00f4le pr\u00e9cis du d\u00e9bit et de la temp\u00e9rature du liquide pendant la fermentation. <\/p>\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me de stockage comprend 4 r\u00e9servoirs d&rsquo;une capacit\u00e9 de 1 000 L chacun <strong><b>r\u00e9servoirs de stockage<\/b><\/strong> de conception hygi\u00e9nique et de structure \u00e9pur\u00e9e. Le syst\u00e8me de nettoyage CIP comprend des cuves de st\u00e9rilisation et des cuves alcalines performantes, facilitant le nettoyage et l\u2019entretien de l\u2019ensemble du syst\u00e8me et permettant des processus de nettoyage automatis\u00e9s efficaces. Afin de garantir une production efficace et s\u00fbre, le syst\u00e8me comprend \u00e9galement une <strong><b>\u00e0 12 t\u00eates<\/b><\/strong> dot\u00e9e d\u2019une capacit\u00e9 de remplissage de 1 000 \u00e0 1 500 bouteilles par heure.  <\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;ensemble du syst\u00e8me, \u00e9quip\u00e9 d&rsquo;une armoire de commande PID, permet une production automatis\u00e9e de brandy, ce qui rend son utilisation plus simple et plus s\u00fbre.
