livelli tali da non rappresentare un rischio per la sicurezza alimentare o la salute pubblica.\nVarie soluzioni di ipoclorito (di potassio, sodio o calcio), note anche come &#8220;ipo&#8221;, sono state utilizzate come disinfettanti in molti cicli CIP nel corso degli anni.\nPoich\u00e9 il loro ingrediente attivo \u00e8 il cloro (candeggina), esse:    <ul>\n \t<li>Relativamente economico da usare.<\/li>\n \t<li>La disinfezione e il risciacquo dei terreni soggetti a proliferazione batterica sono molto efficaci.<\/li>\n \t<li>Pu\u00f2 essere dannoso per l&#8217;acciaio inossidabile, causando macchie, corrosione e vaiolatura.<\/li>\n \t<li>Pu\u00f2 causare gravi problemi ambientali uccidendo importanti microrganismi nei corsi d&#8217;acqua e dissolvendoli nelle acque reflue.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c0a9b8c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c0a9b8c\" quello della candeggina.<\/li>\n \t<li>Meno corrosivo per le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.micetcraft.com\/it\/attrezzature-per-la-produzione-di-birra\/\">attrezzature del birrificio<\/a>.<\/li>\n \t<li>Meno dannoso per l&#8217;ambiente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-667cb22 elementor-widget ultimi anni, sempre pi\u00f9 dirigenti sanitari hanno abbandonato i disinfettanti a base di candeggina a favore dell&#8217;acido peracetico (PAA).\nIl PAA \u00e8 una miscela di perossido di idrogeno e acido acetico.   <ul>\n \t<li>Un potente disinfettante anche a basse temperature.<\/li>\n \t<li>Dopo il risciacquo, i residui di cloro che possono corrodere l&#8217;acciaio inossidabile sono pochi o nulli.<\/li>\n \t<li>Efficace contro tutti i microrganismi, compresi gli organismi di deterioramento, i patogeni e le spore batteriche.<\/li>\n \t<li>Si \u00e8 anche dimostrato pi\u00f9 ecologico nei flussi di acque reflue.<\/li>\n \t<li>L&#8217;acido peracetico ha un odore forte e pungente, quindi deve essere utilizzato solo in aree ben ventilate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a5c7a1a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a5c7a1a\"
