Determine Brewery Location

Positioning beer equipment According to the brewing process requirements and site conditions, refer to the layout plan to determine the location of the beer equipment.

Determine the operating direction of the brewhouse equipment

Determine the orientation of the operating surface of the brewhouse equipment, and try to face the audience. Adjust tank spacing, connect process piping, fittings and wort pumps. Install an exhaust tube and install a ventilation device in the operating room to ensure that the indoor gas (steam) is discharged in time. Fill the brewhouse and filtration equipment and pipelines with tap water, turn on the electricity (steam) for heating, start the wort pump, test for leaks, exhaust steam, and check all parts, and then start feeding after there is no abnormality.

Install the fermenter

After installing the L-shaped pipe, valve, pressure gauge, and accessories of the fermenter, pressurize it with tap water to 0.18-0.2mpa and keep the pressure for 2 hours. It can be cleaned only after there is no abnormality (it can be put into the test only if there is no pressure relief phenomenon), and it should be tested one by one.

Install refrigeration equipment

The installer connects the condenser of the refrigeration equipment with the evaporator in the ice water tank on-site, and conducts a pressure-holding test according to the installation process requirements of the refrigerator. It can evacuate (it is forbidden to use this machine to evacuate), charge refrigerant, start the compressor, and adjust the pressure of the refrigerant.

Feeding

Under the guidance of the brewer and combined with the process requirements, connect the ice water pipeline and the material pipeline (including the heat exchanger). After the connection is completed, conduct a tap water leak test, cut the leak point, and prepare for trial feeding.

Debug electrical components

Fix the position of the distribution box and instrument box, connect all load lines and signal lines according to the circuit diagram, check and debug one by one, and then turn on the power supply.
Emphasis: The refrigerator needs to be installed by professionals, and the wort pump cannot be run without load or in reverse.

Debugging points of auxiliary equipment and accessories

The pulverizer should be installed in the dust-proof room. After checking that the grinding disc is normal, the machine can be powered on for trial operation. Also, test the machine according to the commissioning requirements of the wort pump.

Debugging of Yeast Expansion Equipment

After installing the ultraviolet lamp in the indoor aseptic inoculation box, turn on the power supply of the mold incubator and the strain refrigerator, adjust the temperature, and prepare sterilization tanks, glass instruments, and other equipment according to the requirements of the cultivation process, and wait for the cultivation.

Fermentation equipment

After the fermentation equipment is installed with pipelines, valves, air pressure gauges, temperature sensors, and other accessories, it should be pressurized and maintained with tap water for 2 hours. If there is no abnormality, it can be washed and tested one by one.

Feeding

Under the guidance of the brewer and combined with the process requirements, connect the ice water pipeline and the material pipeline (including the heat exchanger). After the connection is completed, conduct a tap water leak test, cut the leak point, and prepare for trial feeding.
Note: During the commissioning and installation process of craft beer equipment, non-staff personnel cannot open and touch it at will, so as not to affect next use.
