This 1200L wort brewing system was custom-built for an Australian client. The main vessels are made of food-grade SUS304 stainless steel, ensuring safety, efficiency, and stability during the wort preparation process prior to distillation. The system is specifically designed to provide high-quality wort for distilleries producing whisky, vodka, brandy, and other spirits.

The brewing system is equipped with a single-stage plate heat exchanger that enables efficient wort cooling and is easy to disassemble and clean. The wort pump features adjustable speed control, allowing smooth wort transfer from the mash tun to the heat exchanger and fermentation tanks.

The fermentation section includes three 1200L bright tanks, which can be used for short-term pre-fermentation or clarification, depending on production requirements.

The entire system uses a PLC-based automatic control system that supports pneumatic valve operation, variable-frequency control of the wort pump, and start-stop management of the hot water pump and rake motor. It can display real-time temperature data of the mash tun, fermentation tanks, and hot water tank. The equipment also features automatic step mashing and supports remote monitoring and control via PC or smartphone, enabling digital, intelligent brewing management.

With its smart control and precise temperature regulation, this wort brewing system significantly improves wort quality and yield, minimizes human error, and provides distilleries with a stable, efficient wort production solution.
