This is a complete set of 200L automatic kombucha brewing equipment customized for the customer, including a kettle tank, open fermentation tank, carbon flushing tank, control system, and filtration system, all made of SUS304 stainless steel and meeting food safety standards.

The kombucha fermentation tanks are equipped with pressure gauges, PT100, and top-mounted spray balls, which can be connected to the CIP system for automatic cleaning. The kettle tank features an integrated mixing system to ensure uniform blending of ingredients, while the electric heating system offers rapid heating with high efficiency. The 200L kombucha brewing equipment is suitable for small and medium-sized kombucha factories and start-up brands, taking into account the needs of both batch production and new product trial production. 

Testing results show that the equipment runs stably with low energy consumption, producing kombucha with a refreshing taste and fine carbonation — fully meeting expectations. The system has now been successfully delivered and put into production!
