MICET recently successfully delivered a complete set of 300L kombucha brewing equipment. This system is designed for artisanal kombucha production and is particularly suitable for small-scale beverage workshops, startup brands, or pilot plants.
The equipment includes a 300L brewing kettle and a 300L atmospheric pressure fermentation tank, both constructed from SUS304 food-grade stainless steel for hygienic and corrosion-resistant properties.
The brewing kettle features both electric and steam heating systems, incorporating a steam jacket and electric heating tubes for enhanced heating efficiency and flexibility. The stirring mechanism, consisting of a stirring paddle and motor, utilizes variable frequency speed control to achieve precise stirring, adapting to diverse recipe requirements.
The entire system is equipped with a PID control cabinet for precise temperature and stirring control, and features an emergency stop button for enhanced operational safety. The fermentation tank is atmospheric pressure-based and suitable for natural kombucha fermentation.
The project has now completed all factory inspections and is about to be delivered to the customer for production, enabling efficient and stable kombucha production.
