This is a 300L brandy distillation system turnkey solution customized by our company MICET for our Argentinian client, which has now been successfully completed. This turnkey solution includes a 300L distillation equipment, 2500L wine tanks, storage tanks, and a cleaning system.

The distillation system utilizes SUS304 stainless steel and TP2 copper construction, offering excellent thermal conductivity and odor removal capabilities to enhance the purity of the brandy’s aroma. The wine tanks are equipped with natural gas steam boilers to ensure precise control of liquid flow and temperature during fermentation.

The storage system features 4*1000L capacity storage tanks with a hygienic design and streamlined structure. The CIP cleaning system includes effective sterilization and alkali tanks, facilitating cleaning and maintenance of the entire system and supporting efficient automated cleaning processes. To ensure efficient and safe production, the system also includes a 12-head siphon filling machine with a filling capacity of 1000 to 1500 bottles per hour.

The entire system, equipped with a PID control cabinet, enables automated brandy production, making operation simpler and safer. This will significantly improve the production efficiency and product quality for our Argentinian customers.
