The distillation equipment includes a 3000L distiller + 2500L rectification distiller, which adopts steam heating, more uniform heating, and lower energy consumption. The distiller is made of 304/316 stainless steel and copper, taking into account corrosion resistance and alcohol flavor, suitable for high-quality production of various wines such as whiskey, brandy, rum, etc. With PLC fully automatic control system, precise temperature control, automatic process switching, and remote monitoring can be achieved, which improves the convenience of operation and production efficiency. The fermentation and mash parts also realize intelligent control to ensure the consistency of the flavor of each batch of wine.
