This chocolate brewing system, custom-built for a client in the Philippines, consists of a maceration tank, kettle tank, cooling tank, and mixing tank. All tanks are constructed of SUS304 stainless steel. The overall design fully considers the client’s process requirements and operating environment, ensuring efficient and stable production.
The 500L maceration tank, equipped with a manhole and agitator, is used for pre-treating chocolate raw materials. The kettle tank features a double-layer, fully jacketed design with steam heating. The mixing tank, with a capacity of up to 6,000L and equipped with a 4kW variable frequency agitator, can meet large-volume mixing needs.
In terms of control, the project utilizes two independent control systems: one for automated temperature and agitation control of the maceration tank and kettle tank, and the other for variable frequency control of the mixing tank and filling line. The entire system achieves a high degree of automation in the production process while also allowing for flexible manual intervention, ensuring convenient and safe operation.
