Cómo elegir un equipo rentable para la cerveza artesanal

Time flies, Micet Craft has been engaged in the craft beer equipment industry for more than 20 years and has profound experience in the whole process from business negotiation to equipment list, product design, processing, and after-sales service. Every time we negotiate with different customers, we have to face a problem. who are you? from where? What is the budget? Is there a venue? What is the length, width, and height of the venue? The way the wine is sold… In the end, it comes down to the price. The price is related to your requirements. according to our standard and tailor-made is not the same price. The following is a brief introduction made by the engineers of Micet Craft, hoping to help you who are planning a brewery. The following is a brief introduction made by the engineers of Micet Craft, hoping to help you who are planning a brewery.

Miller

The miller is classified according to roller type, alloy roller, and plate, which are 201 stainless steel and SUS304 stainless steel, but the price is higher.201 stainless steel is better than carbon steel painted material, cause the smashed malt has no rust smell. Crushing pays attention to «the skin is broken but not completely broken», and the process is to moisten the malt before crushing. It used to be hand-mixed with malt and moisturizing, but now there is also a mixing machine, as well as a reverse discharge frequency conversion design.

Of course, you can also choose dry crushing, which also ensures the integrity of the wheat skin to the greatest extent, and reduces the labor intensity. The discharge port of the miller should be selected as center as possible, then the mouth of the receiving bag can be bound, and the relative cutting of the side discharge is not smooth, so it is not easy to bind. The best choice should be wet crushing, and the bottom is equipped with a conveying pump to send it to the saccharification tun. The process avoids oxygen to the greatest extent, and the process is efficient and reasonable. Re-matching silo and weighing and lifting conveying device can cut labor, and improve the degree of automation can reduce labor costs.

Conveyor equipment

Bucket lift and screw conveyor with shaft used to be standard, the common problem of bottom storage and the fact that the latter is proportional to the angle of inclination and efficiency makes it feel a bit lacking. After that, the flexible conveying introduced from Europe and the United States solved the problem of conveying malt and malt powder for a period of time, and became the preferred solution for long-distance conveying. Since the conveying efficiency without shaft is lower than that with shaft, the problems of strong noise, material storage and secondary crushing caused by non-concentricity must be faced. The long-distance, multi-turn, no-retention, low-noise, and high-efficiency conveying method should be pipe chain conveying, made of SUS304 stainless steel, which is a perfect combination with the roller mill that discharges in the middle. The crushed malt can be sent to any position within 100 meters.

heating method

There are direct fire, electric heating pipe, heat transfer oil, boiler (the small kind also called the steam generator, electricity, gas, fuel oil, biological particles), and electric steam generators are most used in places with power three-phase electricity. Low failure rate, less daily maintenance, more worry-free, and also in line with national environmental protection policies. The regular regeneration of the softened water system and the scaling of the electric heating tube need to be taken , otherwise, the electric heating tube may be burned and leaked.

gas boiler

Both LNG and LPG are faced with a gas safety problem, and then the ignition sometimes occurs. Not every time it is lit , and daily maintenance should be done every season. The LPG burner also has to face the replacement and handling of the gas tank, and the smoke exhaust affects the surrounding environment. Although these problems exist, it can solve the problem that there is only single-phase electricity or insufficient current carrying of wires on site, and use gas chemical energy instead of electric energy to reduce most of the electric energy demand. The burner of the oil-fired boiler is not as easy to use as the gas. The addition of diesel oil, volatile odor, wax formation in winter, and impurity blockage of the oil circuit all occur, but it can solve the problem of no gas and insufficient electricity. Of course, this is a special equipment. When it exceeds a certain range (within the latest domestic standard of 500kg/h), it will be reported by relevant departments for annual inspection.

Electric heating method

Electric heating is the most used, especially in the saccharification equipment of the leaching and saccharification process, and it is rarely used in the saccharification pot to heat up the mash. The heat accumulation on the surface of the electric heating tube is large, and it is difficult to conduct it out in a short time, which will cause the problem of burning materials. Besides, the surface is difficult to clean, and now the equipment is used less. Because some countries have stricter supervision on boilers, customers do not want to cause trouble in this regard. So there are electric heating tubes, electric heating tubes + heat transfer oil, and the direct heating efficiency of electric heating tubes is the highest. The problem of burning and difficult cleaning can be solved by thermal conduction. But they have to face the new problem of inaccurate temperature control, and have an experience value to stop early.

Bioparticle heating

Although the boiler heated by biological particles is in line with environmental protection policies, it is not allowed to be used in some places, especially in cities. Although the smoke exhaust is small, it will affect the surrounding area. Very cheap! About 60% of the electricity cost.

Direct fire

Direct fire heating is to remove the burner on the boiler and install it at the bottom of the heating pot. Except for the bottom of the pot, the combustion chamber is heat-insulated with refractory materials, and the efficiency is also very high. Reuse, this can also avoid the restrictions of regulations and save the area of the boiler, which is much better than the electric heating tube! The equipment heated by direct fire is much more expensive than that heated by steam, which needs to be weighed.

Although there are many choices for heating methods, it is necessary to consider the energy conditions of the installation site of the beer equipment, and make different decisions according to different situations. The best heating method is steam. This is the consensus, what kind of energy is used to get the steam. Then there are heat transfer oil and direct fire heating. Although direct heating by electric heating tubes is very common, it is not the most suitable. In this periodical, the engineers of Mice Craft discussed with you the choice of miller, conveyor equipment, and heating method, hope it’s helpful to you. See you next time…
