Water

Water quality plays an important role in the brewing of beer. Good water produces good beer, and whether the water quality is hard or soft will have a great impact on the taste. Hops

Types of hops: dry hops, hop pellets, hop extract.
The material used for hops is also very important., different amounts of hops are added to adjust the taste of the beer according to different flavors of beer. The amount and batch of hops and the time of delivery are decisive factors. Hops are divided into two types: aroma type and bitter type. Brings aroma and bitterness to beer, . Hops also inhibit spoilage and help hold the head (the top of the foam when pouring beer) longer. It also has the function of bactericidal and is a natural preservative.
Yeast

The role of yeast is to break down all the sugars into carbon dioxide and alcohol, as well as produce some other decomposition products that form unique flavors.

Malt

Malt generally refers to barley malt and wheat malt. Of course, all grains will germinate and will be called malt. But barley and wheat malt are common and traditional in beermaking. There are various types of barley malt between the two. To put it , barley malt is divided into four varieties: basic malt, kilned malt, baked malt, and roasted malt. Without malt, beer cannot be brewed, and without barley, it can still be brewed.

Inside the fermentation tank, during this process, the beer will go through a violent internal inversion reaction and complete the fermentation process.

Filtration process

Residual yeast and hop residues are filtered out through a filter, resulting in a clear beer.

Beer storage

The fermented beer is called “bright beer” and is introduced into bright beer tanks for refrigerated storage.
