For a Danish beverage producer, MICET supplied a semi-automatic 4-head glass bottle filling and capping machine designed to handle different bottle formats and filling requirements. The machine combines counter-pressure filling and atmospheric filling in one unit, giving the customer flexibility for different products and bottle types.
Project Overview
This project was developed around four different bottle types. Three bottle types require both filling and capping, while the fourth only requires filling. To match these requirements, MICET configured the glass bottle filling machine with two filling methods: counter-pressure filling at 5 Bar for three bottle types and atmospheric filling for the remaining bottle.
The machine is supplied with a MICET logo and configured for 230V, 50Hz, single-phase power. Its wheeled base makes movement and positioning more convenient during production.
Equipment Introduction
The 4-head glass bottle filling machine is designed for operations that need to switch between different bottle formats without using a large fully automatic filling line. Four filling heads allow multiple bottles to be processed in each cycle, while the semi-automatic configuration keeps operation straightforward.
For products requiring pressure filling, the machine uses a 5 Bar counter-pressure filling process. This configuration is specified for the customer’s champagne filling application. Another bottle type uses atmospheric filling and does not require capping, allowing the same machine to accommodate different production requirements.
The integrated capping function is used for the three specified bottle types. With four bottle formats covered by one machine, the equipment provides a practical solution for small-batch or diversified beverage production.

Delivery to Denmark
After production and inspection, the machine is arranged for shipment to Denmark by LCL sea freight. The agreed production lead time is within 30 working days. The compact design and wheeled base also make transportation and installation more convenient.
Applications
This glass bottle filling machine can be considered for beverage producers handling multiple bottle formats and different filling methods. In this project, it is specifically configured for champagne filling, with both counter-pressure and atmospheric filling requirements.
If you need a 4-head glass bottle filling machine, counter-pressure filling at a specified pressure, or a machine configured for multiple bottle types, MICET can develop the filling and capping configuration according to your bottle drawings and production requirements.
