MICET recently supplied a complete 500L brewery equipment solution for a customer in Taiwan, China. The project covers the main stages of beer production, from grain milling and wort preparation to fermentation, cooling, cleaning, pasteurization, and bottle filling. The equipment was configured as a practical system for small-scale commercial beer production.
Equipment Introduction
The 500L brewhouse handles wort production, while three fermentation tanks support separate beer batches. The bright beer tank provides space for conditioning and carbonation before bottling.
The cooling and CIP systems support temperature control and routine equipment cleaning. For packaging, the 4-head bottle filling and capping machine handles final bottle filling, with the pasteurizer supporting post-filling processing.
