A coffee producer in Jordan wanted to go from roasted beans to sealed bottles without stitching together five suppliers. MICET delivered the whole line — extraction, filtration, carbonation, filling and pasteurisation — built around 250L coffee extraction equipment, loaded in one container, in 30 working days.
What the Coffee Extraction Equipment Covers
Everything up to the sealed bottle comes from one order. Coffee is extracted in a 250L tank with a rake and a slotted screen: the grounds stay in the vessel, the liquid is drawn off by pump, and there is no filter press standing on the floor. From there the coffee is filtered, chilled, carbonated if you want nitro or sparkling, filled into 250ml bottles and pasteurised so the bottles travel without refrigeration.
The coffee extraction equipment sits on one platform: extraction tank, mixing tank and control cabinet together. The operator works a short line instead of walking a room, and the same person can run extraction in the morning and filling in the afternoon.
Main Configuration
| Stage | Equipment | What it does for you |
| Extraction | 250L extraction tank with rake and screen | Pulls clear coffee off the grounds without a separate filter press |
| Mixing | 250L mixing tank, same platform | Blends, dilutes or holds coffee between batches |
| Filtration | Bag filter | Removes fine sediment before carbonation |
| Carbonation | Carbonation tank with chiller | Nitro or sparkling, chilled on the same skid |
| Filling | 4-head filler and capper | 250ml bottles, one operator |
| Pasteurisation | Bottle pasteuriser with baskets | Shelf-stable bottles without a cold chain |
Capacities and pressures sit in the technical proposal; the layout gives you a line that fits one container and one operator.
Shipping to Jordan
The complete 250L coffee brewing equipment has been produced, inspected, and shipped to the customer in Jordan. The system provides an integrated solution for coffee extraction, processing, and storage, supporting efficient and consistent coffee production.

Where the Line Runs
Cold brew concentrate, nitro coffee and ready-to-drink 250ml bottles. The same coffee extraction equipment also takes coarse-ground coffee, tea or cascara, so the line is not tied to one product while you test the market.
Equipment Advantages
- No filter press on the floor. The slotted screen and the pump do the separation, so you buy one machine instead of two and do not train a second operator.
- Short turnaround between batches. Spent grounds leave through a wide door at the front, so cleaning does not become the bottleneck.
- Cold brew keeps its flavour. Heating is a fallback for blending days and cuts out before the brew warms, so the profile stays cold-brew rather than stewed.
- One operator covers the line. Temperature, rake speed and pump speed sit in one cabinet, and extraction to filling is a two-metre walk.
- Interfaces agreed before shipping. Pump, jacket, filler height and platform come out of one factory — where most installation delays begin.
- Spares arrive with the machine. Baskets and cooling crates ship in the same container, so the first production week is not spent waiting for parts.
Client Feedback
The feedback after commissioning was straightforward: the line does what the layout promised. Bottles leave the building ready for the shelf without a cold chain, cold brew and nitro run on the same skid, and one operator covers extraction through filling.
If You Need Coffee Extraction Equipment
