With the rapid growth of the local craft beer and specialty beverage market, a customer in Romania planned to expand the production capacity of bottled products and establish a bottle filling machine capable of handling both 275ml and 750ml bottles. The goal was to create an integrated production process covering beverage mixing, filling and capping, labeling, and packaging. After detailed discussions with the customer, the MICET team gained a clear understanding of their product range, target output, and future market development plans, and customized a complete bottle filling machine accordingly.

To address the customer’s production capacity limitations, MICET equipped the project with an 8-head bottle filling and capping machine, capable of producing approximately 500 bottles per hour. This significantly improved filling efficiency, reduced manual labor requirements, and ensured stable production performance. The equipment was also designed to accommodate both bottle sizes, providing greater flexibility for future product expansion.

To solve the issue of inconsistent packaging appearance, a 3-label automatic labeling machine was included in the solution. This system ensures that every bottle receives accurate and uniform labeling, enhancing product presentation and brand image.

In addition, some of the customer’s products are carbonated beverages that require consistent carbonation levels and taste quality. MICET therefore integrated a CO₂ mixer into the production line, helping maintain stable carbonation content and ensuring a consistent drinking experience across every batch.

Through this project, the customer obtained a complete, efficient, and scalable bottled beverage production line. MICET’s one-stop solution helped shorten the project implementation cycle while enabling more efficient, reliable, and stable production operations.
