The entire production line utilizes an intelligent control system, integrating filling, capping, drying, coding, and labeling processes to achieve continuous and stable operation, effectively improving overall production efficiency.
This project emphasizes automation, low-oxygen control, and packaging quality. The filling and capping machine employs a high-precision filling system that effectively controls liquid level accuracy and reduces foam generation. Combined with a stable capping structure, it ensures reliable can sealing performance, reduces oxygen intake, and preserves beverage flavor and shelf life. The equipment operates stably and can meet the client’s needs for long-term continuous production.
In the post-packaging stage, an automatic dryer quickly removes residual moisture from the can surface, ensuring clearer and more stable coding and labeling results. The laser coding machine supports high-speed online coding, printing production dates, batch numbers, and QR codes, enhancing product traceability. The labeling machine employs an automatic positioning and precise application system, resulting in more uniform and aesthetically pleasing label placement and enhancing the overall packaging quality.
Considering the client’s future market expansion needs, the entire bottling line is designed with capacity upgrade potential. It features a user-friendly interface and easy maintenance, helping the client reduce labor costs and improve packaging consistency and production stability. After the project was put into operation, the client upgraded from semi-automatic packaging to fully automated production, providing stable and reliable production support for the development of the UK craft beverage market.
