These are the customized commercial storage tanks that MICET designed and manufactured for a customer in Malaysia. The project was developed to meet the customer’s growing liquid storage and production requirements. After comparing multiple suppliers, the customer ultimately selected MICET to provide a tailor-made commercial storage tank solution.
The project includes three 24-ton commercial storage tanks, along with 1500L, 300L, and 175L storage tanks for liquid storage at different production stages. To meet the customer’s strict requirements for corrosion resistance and long-term operational stability, the 24-ton storage tanks and the 1500L tank were manufactured from stainless steel, offering superior resistance to chloride-induced corrosion compared to conventional stainless steel. This makes them particularly suitable for the long-term storage of high-value liquid raw materials.
During the project, the MICET engineering team carried out extensive customization based on the customer’s process drawings. The work included tank dimension optimization, connection port layout adjustments, and reinforced support structures to ensure seamless integration with the customer’s existing production facility. To support transportation and installation requirements, our engineering team also developed a detailed manufacturing and logistics plan in advance, ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards.
