This is a fully automatic bottle filling and capping machine custom-built by MICET for our customer, designed for bottled alcohol production. The system adopts a 10-head filling + 10-head capping fully automatic operation mode and is compatible with 350 ml glass bottles. It can continuously complete bottle unscrambling, precise volumetric filling, and automatic capping, significantly improving overall production efficiency.

During operation, the machine runs stably with accurate and consistent filling volumes. Its compact structure and well-designed layout require minimal floor space, making it especially suitable for small to medium-sized beverage and beer producers.

With the successful commissioning of this fully automatic filling and capping machine, the customer has established a high-efficiency bottling production line, and their business continues to grow rapidly.
