This is a customized wine brewing equipment solution provided by MICET for a boutique winery customer in Japan. Beyond the wine tank, which serves as the core equipment, the customer also placed great emphasis on the overall matching of accessories and auxiliary machines, aiming to improve overall production efficiency and wine quality.
This 1000L wine tank features a finely finished internal surface, which helps maintain the wine’s purity. The tank adopts a sloped bottom design, making it convenient for lees discharge and cleaning. A top manway is installed, and a customized square side manway is positioned strictly according to drawings, allowing easy removal of fruit residues and fully meeting Japanese wineries’ requirements for operational convenience.
In the raw material processing stage, a 500L press is paired with the wine tank to separate juice after fruit crushing. In addition, a membrane filtration system is included to further improve the clarity and cleanliness of the wine. This 1000L wine tank is ideal for small to medium-sized wineries, boutique wine producers, or experimental batch production, enabling flexible brewing of different varieties or processing methods.
After delivery and commissioning of the wine brewing equipment, the customer expressed high satisfaction with the quality of the wine tank and looks forward to continued cooperation in the future.
