This is a customized 10-head bottle filler and capper provided by MICET for a craft brewery in Poland. Unlike standard models, this system offers a tailored solution to the brewery’s unique requirements, improving production efficiency, ensuring consistent filling quality, and achieving an integrated process from filling to capping.

Based on the customer’s production requirements and bottle specifications (330ml and 500ml glass bottles), MICET tailored this bottling solution accordingly. The machine is equipped with a Siemens PLC control system and a touchscreen interface, enabling semi-automatic operation. It is user-friendly and significantly reduces manual labor. With 10 filling heads and 10 capping heads, the system ensures synchronized filling and capping, achieving up to 500 bottles per hour and greatly enhancing overall productivity.

In addition, to address oxidation issues during beer filling, the machine has been structurally optimized to improve the stability and taste of the final product.

After delivery, the customer reported stable operation, high filling accuracy, and ease of use. The equipment improved production efficiency and reduced labor costs, becoming a core part of the bottling line and supporting future growth.
