This project is located at a craft brewery in Spain. Based on the customer’s site conditions, production capacity planning, and product positioning, MICET customized a 500L brewery turnkey solution, achieving integrated production from raw material processing to finished-product filling.

The complete craft brewery system includes a milling system, a 500L brewhouse system, a fermentation system, a CIP cleaning system, and a PID intelligent control system. The brewhouse features a mash/lauter tun combined with a kettle/whirlpool tank, equipped with a steam heating system and a high-efficiency plate heat exchanger to ensure efficient wort extraction and process stability. The fermentation system is configured with two 500L and two 1000L conical fermenters to meet different batch production and future expansion needs. All tanks are made of SUS304 stainless steel, with an internal mirror polish of 0.4μm, ensuring hygiene and fermentation quality. The CIP system supports fully automatic circulation cleaning, significantly reducing labor costs and improving cleaning efficiency. Meanwhile, the entire system is equipped with a PID control system, enabling precise monitoring of key parameters and simplified operation, making it ideal for small to medium-sized breweries to get started quickly.

Additionally, the project includes a semi-automatic 4-head bottle filling and capping machine, along with keg washing and filling equipment. This setup supports both glass bottle and can filling modes, enhancing product diversity and market adaptability. Ultimately, this 500L turnkey solution enables the customer to achieve efficient production within a limited space.
