This is a customized 20bbl fermentation tank and bright tank system developed by MICET Group for a craft brewery in the UK. Due to production expansion, the client’s existing small-scale fermentation and bright tanks could no longer meet capacity demands. Therefore, they decided to invest in a complete 20BBL fermentation and Bright Tank system to achieve standardized and efficient beer production.

During the early stage of the project, the client focused on temperature control accuracy, fermentation stability, and the final beer clarification and storage performance. In response, we designed and supplied 20bbl conical fermentation tanks made of high-quality SUS304 stainless steel, equipped with efficient cooling jackets and a precise temperature control system, ensuring consistent beer flavor and fermentation performance.

For the bright tank section, we provided matching 20BBL bright tanks used for beer maturation, carbonation, and storage prior to filling. The inner surface is finely polished to ensure excellent clarity and stable taste, meeting the processing requirements of different beer styles.

After installation and commissioning, the entire system has been running smoothly. The client gave positive feedback, stating that “the equipment is excellent and has solved long-standing challenges.” With easy operation and reliable performance, the system has not only significantly increased production capacity but also improved overall product quality.
