This project is located in Saudi Arabia, where the client aims to establish an efficient and stable kombucha production line. MICET provided a customized 500L kombucha equipment turnkey solution based on the client’s capacity requirements, covering the complete process from tea brewing, fermentation, filtration, cooling, cleaning to filling.
The system includes a 200L kombucha brewing tank with dual heating modes (electric and direct fire), meeting different process needs. Electric heating ensures precise temperature control and uniform heating for stable product quality, while direct fire heating enables rapid temperature rise with high thermal efficiency, reducing heating time and energy costs.
The fermentation system features 4× 500L fermenters and 500L bright tank, all with mirror-polished interiors to ensure a hygienic and controllable fermentation environment.
Additionally, this kombucha equipment setup is equipped with a multi-stage bag filtration system to enhance clarity and taste, along with a complete CIP cleaning system for efficient and automatic cleaning. The solution also includes manual filling equipment and stainless steel kegs for flexible packaging and sales.
All kombucha equipment complies with CE and SABER certifications, ensuring smooth import and operation. MICET provides a one-stop solution to help clients quickly launch their kombucha business.
