MICET’s Ghanaian client planned to start commercial beer production and needed a complete system covering the brewing process from mashing to fermentation. Based on the client’s production requirements, we supplied a 2000L 4-vessel brewery system, equipped with 4000L hot and cold water tanks, 4000L fermentation tanks, a cooling system, and a control system to help the client establish a complete and continuous beer brewing process.

The system covers key brewing processes including mashing, lautering, boiling, whirlpooling, and fermentation. The 12 × 4000L fermentation tanks, together with an 8000L water tank and 15HP chiller units, provide cooling support for multiple batches of beer. A plate heat exchanger and CIP system are also included to support wort cooling and equipment cleaning.

The system is suitable for commercial breweries, craft breweries, and medium-scale beer production projects, and can be used to produce different types of beer while allowing room for future production expansion.
