This is a 300L small brewing system customized by MICET for Cambodian client, along with a 100L testing system. The overall solution is compact and fully functional, suitable for startup brewing, new product development, and small-batch experimental production.

This small brewing system features a water treatment system that provides a reliable foundation for beer flavor through multi-stage filtration and pure water storage. The mashing system can separately complete mashing, filtration, and boiling/vortex settling processes, using steam heating for rapid temperature response and precise control. The fermentation system is equipped with multiple 300L stainless steel fermentation tanks to meet the fermentation requirements of various beer styles. Simultaneously, the 100L and 300L fermentation systems share heat and cold sources and steam resources, reducing energy consumption while improving overall operating efficiency.

Furthermore, the small brewing system is equipped with an independent CIP cleaning system and a PID control system. The overall solution is compact and fully functional, making it ideal for startup craft breweries.
