This is a 10BBL craft brewery system customized by MICET for a UK client, designed for commercial craft beer production. The entire system is developed with full consideration of automation levels and future expansion needs.
The brewhouse system is equipped with a 10BBL mash/lauter tun, as well as a boiling/whirlpool tank. The mash/lauter tun features a variable-frequency rake system, allowing for forward rotation during mashing and reverse rotation during discharge, thereby improving filtration efficiency and reducing the need for manual intervention. The boiling and hot water systems support multiple heating modes and enable automatic temperature control and heating management through the control system.
The fermentation system includes cone-bottom fermenters and open fermenters to accommodate various beer styles. All fermenters are made of SUS304 stainless steel and are equipped with full cooling jackets, CIP cleaning systems, and precise temperature control solutions to ensure a stable and controllable fermentation process.
The brewery system is also paired with a CIP cleaning system and a PID automation control system, achieving full automation from mashing, boiling, and fermentation. All equipment is pre-assembled and tested at the factory before delivery, helping clients efficiently and reliably establish local craft beer production capabilities.
